Welcome to In Motion Fit!
We're a training program for runners and walkers. Many of our members have a goal of completing a marathon or half marathon and others just want to run or walk with a fun group of people. Whatever your goal, our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun and safe environment. Members receive weekly training schedules, Saturday morning group workouts, access to knowledgeable and friendly coaches, informational seminars, discounts to area running stores, a technical fabric In Motion Fit training shirt and more!
Whether you are a couch potato, walker, casual jogger or race veteran, this program is the most enjoyable, inspiring and efficient way to get - and stay! - in the best shape of your life. You'll feel fitter, happier and mentally stronger.
In Motion Fit keeps me motivated to get out there and walk for mind and body. I stay committed to showing up every Saturday knowing I will have someone to walk with whether it is my regular partner or someone else around my pace.
