Welcome to In Motion Fit!
We're a training program for runners and walkers. Many of our members have a goal of completing a marathon or half marathon. However, others just want to run or walk with a fun group of people. Our coaches are devoted to getting our members in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun and safe environment. Members receive weekly training schedules, Saturday morning group workouts, access to trained coaches, informational seminars, discounts to area running stores, an In Motion Fit training T-shirt and more!
Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or race veteran, this program is the most enjoyable, inspiring, and efficient way to get in the best shape of your life and to stay in shape. You'll feel fitter, happier, and mentally stronger.

Our Current Fit Programs
2012 In Motion Fit Plus begin Saturday, February 4 at 2 locations. This off-season group will keep you in shape and in touch with others. Each Saturday we will meet in a different location to walk or run 8-12 miles. In addition, training programs for various spring/summer marathons and half marathons will be available.
