Our Program

Let us introduce ourselves!


In Motion Fit is a running club born out of a love for the sport of running as well as a desire to live healthy. We have members of all different ability levels; each with different goals. Some of the different reasons our members train are: to run a marathon or half marathon, achieve a goal, lose weight, build strength, get healthy, make new friends, maintain a healthy lifestyle, connect with others, challenge oneself, build a positive mental attitude and much more! 

Knowing that our members are diverse in abilities and goals, we have tailored a program that is inclusive to all. Whether you are a marathon maniac or new to the sport altogether, we have a training program that is custom to your needs and goals. Our program is the ultimate blend of specialized training and a fun, welcoming environment for members of all ages.

Please see below for a definition of our ability based color groups. We will determine which group is the best for you and place you with others who run a similar pace. You will receive a custom training schedule from your head coach outlining the schedule for the week, ending with a group run on Saturdays. ABILITY BASED COLOR GROUPS: (based on training pace)
Yellow Faster than 10-minute-per-mile pace marathoners
Red 10- to 13:44(marathon course time limit pace)-minute-per-mile pace marathoners 
Orange Faster than 12-minute-per-mile pace half marathoners
Green 12- to 15-minute-per-mile pace half marathoners
Purple  15-minute-per-mile-pace and above half marathoners
