Our upcoming Fit programs:
In Motion Fit Plus. This maintenance program is intended for those who are currently running or walking 6 to 8 miles. Our focus will be on staying in shape and connected to other runners and walkers. In addition, training plans will be available for the La Jolla Half Marathon, the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon or Half Marathon, and any other spring or summer race. There will be a San Diego and a Carlsbad group, and each will meet on Saturday mornings for a group workout.

America's Finest City Half Marathon Official Training Program. This 16-week program will prepare you to do the half marathon distance. To participate, you must already be able to run 3 miles. Since the AFC Half Marathon has a 3-hour time limit, this event is only suitable for those who can maintain at least a 13:40 minute per mile pace.
