Welcome to In Motion Fit!
We are a training program for runners and walkers. Many of our members have a goal of completing a marathon or half marathon. However, others just want to run or walk with a fun group of people every week.
Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Members receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars, discounts to local running stores, an In Motion Fit training T-shirt, and much more!

AFC Fit
On Saturday, July 4, meet at the fountain in Balboa Park at 7:30 a.m.
In Motion Fit Plus
San Diego - Meet on Saturday, July 4, at the fountain in Balboa Park. Walkers at 7:00 and runners at 7:30 a.m.
Carlsbad - Meet Coach Diana at 7:30 a.m. at the Garfield parking lot.
Optional Weekday Runs
Tuesday nights at 5:30 p.m. Meet at the fountain in front of the Natural History Museum in Balboa Park.
